Emma-Jane Taylor is an extremely passionate coach who is
very focused on giving her clients the correct wellbeing journey. She works
hard to ensure everyone receives bespoke plans, stays focused, keeps energised
and soul refreshed. She believes wellbeing starts from within, and focuses her
attentions on getting her clients mentally (as well as physically) fit.
Emma-Jane’s personal story on child abuse and abandonment gave her the positive
tools and focus she needed to fight back; to create a power house of strength;
compassion and dedication to living. She is highly inspiring & motivating
to all who speak to her. She really gives back the positive lessons she has learnt
to get you the life you need. Her focus helps you understand it is all ok. She
will give you the freedom to understand that life is for living and when given
the right focus you can shape your world with what is important in life. In
short, Emma-Jane helps you reach your full potential whilst keeping you
grounded with valued beliefs.
She is the TV presenter
for the Well-Being show on That’s TV, and is currently writing her motivational
book ‘Don’t Hold Back’. The book is based on her journey through life and how

Her client list has been hugely extensive, she has
worked with celebrities, stay at home Mum's, Landlords, Sports People, CEO's,
Handicapped and Disabled, Pregnant, Business Men and Women.
Before Emma-Jane went into the well-being industry
she was a professional dancer. Performing with Cabaret Troupes, in the West
End, TV, Fashion Shows, Choreography.
Hobbies: She loves being with her daughter and her family, running,
walking with her dog Charlie, swimming, being outdoors, networking with the
‘ladies’ who lunch and generally enjoying life. She loves to have fun, adventures,
enjoys laughing (& thinks we should all laugh more) and travels when & where
she can. She indulges every day with the same enthusiasm and zest for life.

P90x Instructor, YMCA trained - Step Instructor, ACSM Certified, CPD,
First Aid Trained, Member of the National Register of Personal Trainers (NRPT), DBS Checked, Chaperone Licensed, and over
30 years experience of her own personal recovery.
Awards: She was voted the Best
Fitness Instructor in the 'Muddy Awards' in Buckinghamshire & Oxfordshire,
was recognised as a women in business on the front cover of The Venus Business
Magazine and co-hosted their annual awards at The Madejski Stadium 2017.
